Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Note: This document was drafted to reflect how Club Credit Dispute actually operates today. It is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney, and Club Credit Dispute should have this reviewed and formally adopted by counsel — particularly for the credit repair contract requirements under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) — before relying on it as a final legal document.

Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Club Credit Dispute ("we," "us," "our") provides two services through clubcreditdispute.com (the "Site"): (a) a monthly membership that helps consumers review their own credit reports and generate dispute letters they can send to the credit bureaus themselves, and (b) a one-time LLC and EIN formation service for individuals starting a business. By using the Site or purchasing either service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Dispute Letter Membership

Our dispute letter membership is $59/month, billed on a recurring basis, and can be canceled at any time. You are responsible for actually reviewing, printing, signing, and mailing any letters generated through the Site — we do not mail letters on your behalf, contact the credit bureaus directly on your behalf, or negotiate with creditors. You remain in control of what gets disputed and when.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome. We do not promise that any item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will increase by any amount, or that any dispute will be resolved within a specific timeframe. Results depend on the accuracy of the information in your credit file and how the credit bureaus and creditors choose to respond, which is entirely outside our control.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any credit report data you import into the tool and any personal information you provide (name, address, Social Security number, date of birth) — this information is used solely to populate the letters the Site generates for you.

3. The LLC & EIN Formation Service

This is a one-time, flat-fee service ($249 plus your selected state's actual LLC filing fee, calculated and disclosed to you before payment) to prepare and file LLC formation paperwork on your behalf and apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS. This service does not include ongoing registered agent service (unless separately arranged), annual state report filings, business licenses, or legal or tax advice. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney or accountant for guidance specific to your business and tax situation.

Information you provide for this service — including your Social Security Number or ITIN — is used only to complete your LLC filing and EIN application, and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy below.

4. Referral Program

Active members may receive a $59 account credit when someone they refer joins as a paying member through their unique referral link. Credits are applied automatically to your account once your referral becomes an active, paying member. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program, or to withhold a credit in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., self-referral, fraudulent signups).

5. No Advance Fees

Consistent with federal law governing credit repair services, we do not charge or collect any fee before performing the services described to you. Our membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis for services rendered during that period, not as an upfront lump-sum payment for future results.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that in accordance with its own security standards. Subscription charges recur monthly until canceled; the LLC/EIN service is billed once, at the time of purchase.

7. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at clubcreditdispute@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in the cancellation notice provided to you at signup.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its tools are provided "as is." We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any credit report scanning tool will function correctly with every version of every credit bureau's website, since those websites are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Credit Dispute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its services, including any credit decisions made by third parties, denial of credit, or changes to your credit score.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act

You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without any charge or penalty, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you signed up. Attached to your welcome email is a Notice of Cancellation form that explains this right and how to exercise it. If you wish to cancel within this period, follow the instructions in that notice or email us directly at clubcreditdispute@gmail.com.

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you also have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Act, and you may have rights under your state's law as well. This service does not require you to waive any right given to you under the Act.
